Our story
The inspiration behind our company comes from a willingness to deliver dream pools without breaking the bank. Paco first dipped his toe into the world of building pools when his late wife, Christy Ann, wanted to have a majestic pool in their backyard. Paco wanted to deliver the world to her but didn’t have the money to spend to realize her full dream. Instead, he began learning the full ins-and-outs of building a pool. After studying and training, he was able to construct the perfect backyard paradise for his loving wife — talk about the American Dream!
Once he learned everything there is to know about the pool business, Paco started delivering the pools of people’s dreams to them. That is how Paco’s Pools came to be and is the foundation of how we conduct business today. Each pool is built to your desires, working within your price point to deliver just what you want.

Victoria Gallegos
As the daughter of Paco Pools’ owner and the third of five siblings, Victoria Gallegos has grown up surrounded by the family business. She officially joined Paco Pools in 2020 and learned every aspect of the company from the ground up—hands-on and in the field.
Today, Victoria oversees customer service, marketing, pool design, pricing, and day-to-day office operations, while still enjoying time out on job sites to stay connected to the work that started it all. Her creativity and dedication shine through in every project she helps bring to life.
Outside of work, Victoria enjoys baking, cooking, and needlepoint, as well as renovating her home alongside her fiancé. A graduate of Loyola College Prep and LSU Shreveport, she’s engaged to be married in January 2026 and loves blending her passion for design and detail both at home and in the pools Paco Pools creates.
